📦 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return/exchange, products must be:

  • Unused & unwashed

  • Free from damage

  • Packed with original tags and packaging

💳 Refund Methods

  • Prepaid Orders → Refunded to your original payment method

  • COD Orders → Refunded to your bank account - After QC and Returns and Exchange SOP.

  • Wallet Refunds → Instant credit, with no deduction for reverse shipping

Exchange Policy

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if you received the wrong product or if the size doesn’t fit.

  • Items must be in unused, original condition with tags and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange pickup within 24-48 hours of your exchange request.

  • If the product doesn’t pass quality checks, it will be returned to you.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund (bank/original source/wallet).

  • Exchanges apply only for the same product in another size, not for different products.

Return Policy

If you’re unhappy with your order, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.

How to place a return request:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to My Orders → Select Order → Request Return

Pickup & Reverse Shipping:

  • Pickup will be arranged in 24-48 hours.

  • A ₹100 deduction applies to refunds (waived for wallet credits).

  • Original COD fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your location is not serviceable, you may self-courier the product to our warehouse.

Self-Shipping Guidelines:

  • Pack the item securely to avoid damage.

  • Mention your Order ID & registered phone number on the package.

  • Once the return is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 48 hours After QC.

Use India Post Speed Post for safe and economical shipping (avoid unreliable couriers).

 If pickup is not available in your pincode, you may courier the item to our warehouse address. - Vijapuar, Lal Bagh Road, K.S. Garden, Raja Ram Mohanroy Extension, Sudhama Nagar, Vijapuer, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560027,

While dispatching the order under the self-shipping option, please mention the mobile number 9036369590 as the receiver’s contact number.

Kindly ensure that the delivery partner contacts this number for any delivery coordination or confirmation during shipment.



Refund Policy

💰 Refund Amount

  • COD charges are not refundable.

  • A ₹100 reverse shipping charge is deducted unless refunded to wallet.

  • Wallet refunds get the full amount credited instantly (no deductions).

🕒 Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: 5–7 working days (to original payment method)

  • COD Orders: 7 working days (to bank account after verification QC check)

  • Wallet Refunds: Instant

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Incorrect bank details may delay COD refunds; if not updated within 7 days, refunds will go to wallet.

  • Items failing quality checks will be sent back to you, with shipping charges applicable.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos at customermitra@spherestudio.co.in
